By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We ship via ACS and agencies for deliveries in Greece and via TNT or registered post for deliveries abroad.

When will my order ship?

We will process orders received by 1pm (EET time) the same day and orders received later than 1pm (EET time) the next working day. Orders received within the weekend will be processed on next working day. We will ship your purchases within 2 working days of processing your order. When we ship your order we will send you an email.

How will l know that my order has been shipped?

Once we prepare and ship your order, we will send you an email.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in Greece and within 7 business days overseas. There might be delays for deliveries in distant destinations according to carriers.
