Returns & Changes

You can return your order in whole or in part within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive it, for a refund or for an exchange. You have the following options:

  • Exchange: We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was not defective, or if you received the wrong code
  • Refund: Refund of the value of the items (shipping cost excluded) to your credit card or bank account within 30 working days.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, new, unused and with all hangtags still attached. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and you have to cover the return shipping costs, unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. All goods will be inspected on return and returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  We will not refund or cover any shipping costs for the return, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order.


Products with Defects

If you believe that the product you ordered does not comply with the terms of the sale agreement, you should contact immediately with us, describing in detail the product and its defect and we will give you instructions for further action. You can return the product to the address indicated below free of charge and this will be replaced by us with a new one without defects. In such case please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all hangtags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval of BARTUGGI under the abovementioned condition.  Refund or replacement of product will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day we confirmed you by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund of money or replacement of the defective product.


Returns & refunds during sales period:

During sales period the exchange or refund will be for the current value (discount price) of the items returned.


Cancelling your order

Since your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. In order to cancel your order you have to email us at or call us at +30 2106891902. You may cancel your order until we inform you by email that your order has been shipped. You can still ask for a refund after you have received your order


How to return a product:

From receipt, you have 14 working days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. If you lost the form you can download here.

Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 5 working days and send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges except in cases where the order was faulty executed.
